夢を残して、あとから振り返る
- 夢を残す：足あとの「夢を残す」や作成ボタンから、文字・声で入力します。「夢のこえを呼ぶ」を押すと、AIの読み解きが届きます。
- 夢を読む：足あとやカレンダーのコンパクトな一覧で、完了した夢をタップします。夢の内容と読み解きを詳細画面で読めます。
- シンボルをたどる：「夢事典」で、自分の夢に現れたシンボルを検索したり、くり返し順・最近登場した順に並べ替えたりできます。
- 週を振り返る：終了した週に2日分以上の夢のこえがあると、「夢だよりを受け取る」から準備を始められます。届いた夢だよりは詳細画面で読んだり聴いたりでき、元の夢も開けます。
毎日の夢リマインダーは設定から好きな時刻に変更できます。夢を覚えていない日は、おやすみの足あとだけでも大丈夫です。今日の出来事を残したいときは、足あとの「日々」を選んで作成ボタンを使います。
お問い合わせの際にあると助かる情報（任意）
- サポートID（アプリ設定画面に表示されるID。コピーして貼り付けできます）
- アプリのバージョン / iOSバージョン / 端末名
- 起きていること（いつ、どこで、何をしたら）
※パスワード、クレジットカード番号、身分証番号などの機微情報は送らないでください。
※第三者の個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号等）の記載は避けてください。
データ削除
完了した夢は、足あとやカレンダーの一覧から詳細画面を開き、右上のゴミ箱で削除できます。下書きは一覧のゴミ箱から削除できます。設定から退会（アカウント削除）ができます。
個別削除・退会はいずれも不可逆です。処理の都合上、削除完了まで時間がかかる場合があります。

Capture and revisit your dreams
- Use the dream capture action or compose button in the timeline to record by voice or text and request a Dream Voice.
- Tap a completed dream in the compact timeline or calendar list to read the entry and its reflection together.
- Open Dictionary to search your symbols, sort by Most Recurring or Most Recent, and revisit the connected dreams.
- After a completed week has Dream Voice entries from at least two different days, tap to receive a Weekly Dream Letter. Once ready, read or listen in its detail view and open the original dreams.
Set an optional Daily Dream Reminder in Settings. You can mark a rest day without writing, or choose Daily in the timeline and tap compose to receive Today’s Voice.

Data deletion
To delete a completed dream, open it from the timeline or calendar and tap the trash button in its detail view. Drafts have a trash button in the list. To delete your account, open Settings. Deletion is irreversible and may take some time to complete.
